Just a thanksgiving I wanna share. I finally got deferred from my ICT. When I submitted my deferment for the first time, it was quite a big hooha. My flight warrant called me to check how is he able to plan out my ICT so that it would not clash with my school life. So I thought it was going to be successful, but alas it got rejected. Reason being that fulltime students are not allowed to be deferred from ICT due to us making up the strength for the squadron which is kinda bullshit cos you know, obviously they do not recognise SIM students as students; who actually get to use their matriculation cards to get student meals at McDonalds and all the student privileges.

Anyways I made an appeal against that overly biased and prespostrous decision. And by God's grace it got through and I have been deferred. 2 weeks of ICT is really damaging for me this semester as I have like 7 assignments to churn out. So glad that it's deferred. The months leading up to exams are just too filled with deadlines. I just pray for discipline.
